What is included in the One-Time Setup Fee?

The setup fee covers platform configuration, onboarding, and initial deployment. It varies by plan:

  • Small & Medium: $1,000
  • Large: $10,000
  • Enterprise: $20,000
How is the Annual Maintenance Cost (AMC) calculated?

AMC is billed annually based on the number of users:

  • Up to 10,000 users: $20 (Small) to $3,000 (Enterprise) per month.
  • Pricing scales with user base, and plans for 50K+ users require contacting sales.
Can I customize the branding and features of the platform?

Yes, but only with Large and Enterprise plans. These offer custom branding, theming, and feature customization, while Small and Medium plans do not.

Is a mobile app included with all plans?

Yes, all plans include access to a mobile app, ensuring members can engage on-the-go.

Does the platform support payment gateway customization?
